Simeon's Pivot Resources - Our Client, a Training and Consulting Company situated in Anthony, Lagos State requires the services of a competent, self-motivated and passionate individuals who is well experienced in handling administrative tasks, marketing training programs, manage overall day-to-day training operation and can work effectively in a consulting company.



Training Coordinator/Operations Manager
Location: Anthony, Lagos

Job Description
It includes but is not limited to the following:

  1.     Manage overall day-to-day training operation
  2.     Manage client's request
  3.     Ensuring all training logistics and operations are in place such as certificates etc
  4.     Marketing of training programs
  5.     Ensuring that effective methods are put into place
  6.     To ensure client satisfaction and consistent growth in revenue.
  7.     Achieving annually agreed objectives including target revenue and other targets
  8.     Setting, following up and managing training schedule
  9.     Ensure Program training materials are delivered as part of the training packages
  10.     Effectively managing training resources i.e. personnel premises, tutors, supplies, etc.
  11.     Handling clients' complaints and taking effective measures for resolution.
  12.     Managing performance achievement of employees under supervision
  13.     Handling clients' complaints and taking effective measures for resolution.
  14.     Conduct office management tasks
  15.     Implement measure to provide motivation for employees
  16.     Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation
  17.     Dialogue with clientele about training
  18.     Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Job Requirements
Required Experience: 3-5 year(s)
Desired Courses: Management
Qualifications
  •     HND/BS.c in Management or a related field
  •     Experience: At least 3-5years experience in marketing, training or consulting company
  •     Experience in operation management in a training or consulting company is an added advantage
  •     Master's degree from a related discipline is an added advantage
  •     Professional Certification in a related course
  •     Gender: Male
