Training Coordinator/Operations Manager
Location: Anthony, Lagos
Job Description
It includes but is not limited to the following:
- Manage overall day-to-day training operation
- Manage client's request
- Ensuring all training logistics and operations are in place such as certificates etc
- Marketing of training programs
- Ensuring that effective methods are put into place
- To ensure client satisfaction and consistent growth in revenue.
- Achieving annually agreed objectives including target revenue and other targets
- Setting, following up and managing training schedule
- Ensure Program training materials are delivered as part of the training packages
- Effectively managing training resources i.e. personnel premises, tutors, supplies, etc.
- Handling clients' complaints and taking effective measures for resolution.
- Managing performance achievement of employees under supervision

- Conduct office management tasks
- Implement measure to provide motivation for employees
- Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation
- Dialogue with clientele about training
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
Required Experience: 3-5 year(s)
Desired Courses: Management
Qualifications
- HND/BS.c in Management or a related field
- Experience: At least 3-5years experience in marketing, training or consulting company
- Experience in operation management in a training or consulting company is an added advantage
- Master's degree from a related discipline is an added advantage
- Professional Certification in a related course
- Gender: Male
