Job Summary
To provide support functions in a Supply Chain team so as to ensure end-to-end completion of Supply Chain and distribution activities:

1.    Ensuring process documentation & policy compliance

2.    Channel partner query resolution

3.    Inventory distribution planning

4.    Order processing

5.    Timely and effective reporting

Principal Functions

1.    Daily Transaction report

2.    Inventory distribution planning & fulfillment for Corporate and Retail sales

3.    Supply chain business review report

4.    3G inventory devices reporting

5.    Monthly invoice issue reporting

6.    Product delivery reconciliation report (SIMs, RCV & Devices)

7.    Quality Assurance test on SIM

8.    Redistribution of Stock Retail Sales, Corporate Sales, Regional Warehouse

9.    Fulfillment of Sales team logistic Request

10.  Channel partner query resolutions

11.  Documentation and filing

12.  General administrative support

Educational Requirements

1.    First degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

2.    Minimum of one year post NYSC relevant work experience.
