PROJECT MANAGER [ESD016]

Reporting to the Group Head, Credit & Marketing, this position would be appeal to very agile individuals who possess a deep knowledge of the Nigerian property market.
The requirement is for a BSC. Degree in Estate Management or any of the related discipline acquired at a minimum of Second Class Lower grade from a reputable university. A Masters’ degree in these disciplines and professional membership of the institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers would offer a distinct advantage.
The right candidate must have acquired a minimum of 5 years cognate experience handlings such responsibilities as Property Development, Estate management & Supervision, property agency, and land speculation in a reputable organization.

FINANCIAL ANALYST [ESD017]

This position will report to the Managing Director/CEO and be responsible for undertaking Equity Research & Analysis, Corporate Finance Activities, Fiancé Product Development, Business Development, and Portfolio Management
To cope with these responsibilities, the candidate must have acquired a minimum of a BSC in Economics, Accounting or other numerate Social Science disciplines. In addition, the right candidate must have acquired a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in financial analysis and related functions in a reputable bank of financial relevant professional associations would offer a distinct advantage.

HEAD, MARKETING/REGISTRAR [ESD018]

This position will play a vital role in the firm’s capital market operations
The requirements is for a BSC. Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and related Social Science discipline. In addition, the right candidate must be a Professional member of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers, or the Association of Registrars with not less than 5 years cognate experience in a reputable stock broking firm or registrar department. The right candidate must only know how to prospect and close deals; he must have a flair for marketing.
